Ive been following your advice on weight training... and in just over a month I've added about an inch to my arms and significant muscle gain in my legs and torso!!
Ive been trying to work out about every other day, some days I just cant make it though with work and all. But I've only had to miss a one or two days or weight training. I do everything on a nautilus system in my basement and I'm VERY pleased with the results so far!!
